While studying music at University College Cork, Conor and Paul began playing tunes together regularly. In later years, their house ‘Woodbine Lodge’ on Glasheen Road became a favourite place for musicians to visit and was host to many wild night and early morning sessions. Over the last ten years, the pair have performed regularly as a duo and in 2023 released their debut album The Morning Thrush to much acclaim.

Released in 2023 this album featuring Ryan Molloy (piano) & Jim Murray (guitars) is Conor and Paul’s debut duet album. The repertoire featured on this album is a reflection of the many musical encounters that Conor and Paul have enjoyed together over the years.
